Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Must be licensed in Radiologic Technology and must be registered in ARRT. Experience Sufficient working knowledge of the different phases and types of x-ray machines both mobile and stationary with emphasis on mammographic procedure and technique. Must possess a valid Arkansas driver's license and be subject to favorable motor vehicle report. Physical Normal hospital environment. Exposure to radiological hazard-occupational levels. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Oral communication. Operate mammogram equipment, computer, image processing, and patient monitoring. Lifting up to 50lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 250lbs. JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of the department management, performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.
