Summary The Clinic Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination for all aspects of service delivery in each assigned clinic(s). The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with nurses, department physicians, midlevels, administrators, and staff to provide the highest quality patient care, promoting Total Cancer Care. We are currently seeking a Manager Clinic Operations for our Early Therapeutic Clinic. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination for all aspects of service delivery in each assigned clinic(s). The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with nurses, department physicians, midlevel, administrators, and staff to provide the highest quality patient care, promoting Total Cancer Care.

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree Degree Field:

•B.S.N.

required:

•OR Completion of B.S.N within 2 years of hire BLS RN License National Certification (preferred)

Experience Required:

Three years progressive leadership experience in nursing

Preferred Experience:

Master's degree Two (2) years' experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting Salary Range $119,626.52 - $179,358.40 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
