Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage patient care plans, coordinate treatment schedules, and ensure compliance with office protocols while providing excellent patient service. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage individualized care plans while clearly communicating treatment options to patients. Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules while maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA. Assist with front office duties including phones, patient check-in, collections, and presenting payment options such as CareCredit, LendingClub, or other options to help patients complete treatment. Skills and Qualifications Experience in treatment planning, front office coordination, or a similar healthcare administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of electronic health systems, insurance websites, HIPAA regulations, and basic medical coding is beneficial. Strong organizational skills are required; PPO treatment planning experience, and sales experience are a plus.

Pay will be based on experience. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
