Position Overview We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of a Balance Hormone Center clinic in the East Valley. The General Manager serves as the operational leader of the clinic and is responsible for front

•and back-office operations, team performance, patient experience, workflow efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The final clinic assignment will be determined based on organizational needs and discussed during the interview process. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to a Balance Hormone Center location in the East Valley. This position works a Monday-Friday schedule consisting of five 8-hour shifts. Clinic operating hours may vary, and the General Manager's schedule may occasionally adjust to support operational and team needs. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations Oversee daily front

•and back-office operations. Ensure team adherence to company policies, SOPs, and established workflows. Monitor patient flow, scheduling, documentation accuracy, and clinic efficiency. Identify operational challenges and implement timely, sustainable solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and patient-ready clinic environment. Coordinate with regional and organizational leadership on clinic priorities and initiatives. Support the implementation of new programs, systems, policies, and procedures. Team Leadership Hire, onboard, train, supervise, and develop clinic team members. Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, professionalism, and patient service. Manage employee schedules, staffing coverage, PTO requests, and daily assignments. Conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and documented corrective action when necessary. Partner with Human Resources on employee-relations matters and ensure appropriate documentation. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture aligned with Balance Hormone Center's mission and core values. Recognize strong performance and support employees' continued development. Patient Experience Ensure patients consistently receive compassionate, professional, and personalized service. Manage escalated patient concerns and work toward timely, appropriate resolutions. Listen carefully to patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve the Patient Journey. Document patient concerns, actions taken, and required follow-up. Ensure patient issues are appropriately communicated and resolved. Model a Patients First approach in all interactions and decisions. Performance, Reporting, and Compliance Monitor clinic performance metrics, operational goals, and key performance indicators. Prepare and maintain required operational reports, logs, and documentation. Identify performance trends and develop action plans when goals are not being met. Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA requirements, safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulations. Support accurate scheduling, documentation, insurance, payment, and other administrative workflows. Participate in leadership meetings and communicate clinic updates, challenges, and successes. Inventory and Facility Management Manage medical and office inventory, ordering, storage, and supply levels. Monitor inventory usage, expiration dates, and operational costs. Coordinate facility, equipment, technology, and maintenance needs. Ensure the clinic has the resources necessary to support efficient operations and exceptional patient care. Required Qualifications Prior experience managing operations in a medical clinic, healthcare practice, or comparable patient-care setting. Experience directly supervising employees and managing team performance. Demonstrated experience hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing staff. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience using electronic medical record systems, scheduling platforms, and operational reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience handling escalated patient concerns professionally and compassionately. Working knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification, revenue-cycle processes, or cash-pay healthcare operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee and patient information. Ability to reliably commute to an assigned Balance Hormone Center clinic in the East Valley. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Office Manager, Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or General Manager. Experience managing both front

•and back-office healthcare employees. Experience in hormone replacement therapy, wellness, primary care, medical aesthetics, weight management, or another high-touch outpatient setting. Experience with both insurance-based and cash-pay medical services. Experience tracking clinic KPIs and implementing operational improvements. Experience supporting a growing or multi-location healthcare organization.

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$65,000

•75,000 per year, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
