Salary Starting salary:

$75,000 What You'll Do Provide clinical supervision and leadership to therapists and clinical staff Conduct diagnostic assessments and support treatment planning Guide staff through crisis intervention and clinically appropriate decision-making Monitor team performance, productivity, and documentation compliance Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and annual evaluations Lead daily staffings and support workflow coordination Ensure compliance with state, federal, payer, and accreditation standards Collaborate across departments to improve patient care and team effectiveness Support performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices Provide therapy services as assigned, including individual, family, or group therapy What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field Active Arizona licensure at minimum associate level (LMSW, LAC, LASAC, or higher) Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff preferred Knowledge of DSM-5, crisis intervention, and behavioral health best practices Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Passion for helping individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges Why Join Spectrum Healthcare?
