Job Description

Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM We are looking for an experienced, positive, and highly organized Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This is a patient-facing role for someone who understands dentistry, enjoys helping patients navigate their care, and can confidently keep a busy dental office running smoothly. Responsibilities Patient scheduling and schedule management Answering phones and providing an excellent patient experience Presenting and coordinating treatment plans Helping patients understand treatment, financial options, and next steps Following up on unscheduled treatment Supporting patient check-in/check-out and front office workflow Communicating effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and fellow front office team members Helping keep the day organized, productive, and patient-focused What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience is required Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatment Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients Organized, dependable, proactive, and able to multitask Experience with Open Dental, FLEX, DTX, and Mango is a plus Additional dental certifications and/or clinical dental experience are a big plus Most importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys people and wants to be part of a supportive, hardworking team Schedule & Benefits Monday-Thursday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Four-day work week $1,500 annual dental benefit Consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to use and grow both administrative and clinical dental knowledge If you're an experienced dental professional who loves helping patients move forward with the care they need—and you're looking for a team where you can truly contribute—we'd love to meet you!
Pay:
