Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator - Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa | Full-Time The Opportunity Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping people look and feel their best? Our growing Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who is much more than a receptionist. We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, sales-minded, and genuinely enjoys connecting with patients from their very first phone call through every visit.   • Be the first impression of our practice by providing an exceptional patient experience
  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule consultations and appointments
  • Build genuine relationships that create loyal, lifelong patients
  • Educate patients on services, memberships, promotions, and financing options
  • Help convert inquiries into scheduled consultations and treatments
  • Support providers by ensuring schedules remain productive and optimized
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and complete daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate follow-up communication and patient recalls
  • Maintain a polished, organized, luxury front office environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve clinic goals and deliver outstanding service
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
✔ Passionate about delivering five-star customer service ✔ Experienced in sales, hospitality, aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service ✔ A confident communicator who enjoys talking with people ✔ Motivated by goals and excited to contribute to the growth of the practice ✔ Organized, dependable, and able to multitask ✔ Positive, coachable, and eager to learn ✔ Professional in appearance and demeanor ✔ Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or plastic surgery Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
  • Sales or consultative selling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with scheduling software or EMRs (Aesthetic Record, Symplast, LeadLoop, Slack, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong computer and communication skills

Compensation Compensation is based on experience and qualifications and may include hourly pay, treatment incentives, retail incentives, and performance-based opportunities.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
