Minimum:
Applicants must possess a combination of education, training, and/or professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Computer information technology Engineering Healthcare or a clinical discipline Healthcare simulation Biomedical equipment Audiovisual technology Another closely related technical or clinical field The successful candidate must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.Preferred:
Experience supporting healthcare simulation, experiential learning, or clinical education. Experience working with audiovisual systems, computer technology, simulation software, or medical equipment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare education teams. Experience with project management, inventory systems, or quality-improvement initiatives. Interest in continued professional development and willingness to pursue a healthcare simulation certification, such as CHSE® or CHSOS®. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, the INACSL Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice.
