Days Salary:
$146,900 - $198,000 We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services (RN) to lead a high-performing perioperative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven surgical services leader to oversee a large, multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital environment. Position HighlightsSalary:
$146,900 - $198,000 annually- Full-time, exempt position
- Monday through Friday day schedule
- Leadership oversight of 114 FTEs
- 10 active operating rooms
- Approximately 9,000 annual surgical cases and 2,000 annual endoscopic procedures Areas of Responsibility

- Podiatry Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of nurses, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and sterile processing staff
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
- Manage departmental budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of patient safety, collaboration, and professional development
- Implement evidence-based practices and support continuous quality improvement initiatives Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Arizona RN License required
- Minimum 5 years of Surgical Nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a surgical setting Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
