As Assistant Clinical Director at our Biltmore center, you will carry an active client caseload while also supporting the clinical operations of the center — mentoring behavior technicians, collaborating with the VP of Clinical Services, and helping shape the quality and culture of care we deliver every day. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to grow into clinical leadership without leaving the work they love. You will have real influence over how the center operates, real relationships with the families you serve, and real support from a leadership team invested in your success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Maintain an active center-based client caseload ✓ Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs and BTs ✓ Administer assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) ✓ Develop and update individualized treatment plans ✓ Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions ✓ Support center scheduling and daily operations ✓ Ensure data integrity and timely clinical documentation ✓ Collaborate with VP of Clinical Services on quality initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field BCBA or BCBA-D certification required; LBA (Arizona) required or eligible Minimum 2 years post-certification experience in a center or clinic setting Experience supervising RBTs and conducting competency assessments Strong assessment skills: VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, or equivalent Must pass state and federal background check
