Job Summary Part time For 6 months to full time in March. Clinical Director - for a PHP/IOP for mental health and substance abuse . Start at 3 days a week and then 5 days full time in March.

years We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Clinical Director to lead the clinical team at our female mental health Residential Facility. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and able to create accountability while maintaining a supportive and collaborative team culture. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for a team of approximately 5 clinicians Maintain a small caseload Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to therapists Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, complete, and compliant with program, payer, and regulatory requirements Regularly review charts, treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and discharge documentation Monitor documentation deadlines and follow up with clinicians to ensure compliance Lead clinical team meetings and case conceptualization Oversee treatment planning and ensure appropriate continuity of care Support clinicians with complex cases and higher-acuity clients Help maintain high standards for clinical programming and quality of care Collaborate with operations, psychiatry, case management, and other members of the treatment team Participate in admissions, discharges, and utilization review as needed Support ongoing quality assurance and preparation for audits or accreditation reviewsQualifications Current California clinical license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) Experience in behavioral health, mental health, IOP/PHP, residential treatment, or a similar level of care strongly preferred Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to hold clinicians accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment Comfortable working with clients with complex mental health presentationsWhat We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is both a strong clinician and a strong leader. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
