ABA Clinical Supervisor (In-Home & Center-Based Services) Hummingbirds Behavioral Therapy LLC is looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated ABA Clinical Supervisors (CS) to join our clinical team and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Our team provides individualized behavioral programs designed to help each client develop meaningful skills in communication, social interaction, self-help, independence, and daily living. We believe in a collaborative approach that includes our clinical team, families, and caregivers to help every client make meaningful progress. Pay & Schedule $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Part-time and full-time roles available Flexible work schedule with a focus on work/life balance; Manage your own schedule Basic Requirements Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Child Development Education or relevant field completed or in progress Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & auto insurance Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40 mile radius) Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude Bilingual skills valued Computer Access Background check clearance Drug Test Clearance What You'll Do Provide direct and indirect supervision in clients' homes Assess for treatment fidelity Assist behavior technician in structuring session Evaluate progress and make necessary treatment changes Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills Increases the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers (desired items/actions, attention, or removal of demands/aversive situations) Train behavior technician on data collection including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, and interval based recording Implements the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and provides appropriate consultation Collaborates with family and clinical team to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment Write clinic notes for each session Attend clinic meetings/trainings as directed by the BCBA supervisor or Admin Conduct weekly debriefs with behavior technician on each case Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification Maintain telephone contact and a reliable method to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls and emails within 24 hours Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle Must be willing to supervise client sessions anytime between 8am and 7pm on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs without assistance from another adult Transportation Requirements Employees must be comfortable traveling to client locations throughout, but not limited to, Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Adelanto Must be willing to drive 30-60 miles a day Please do not apply if you are not willing or able to travel to clients' homes to provide services
