Work Hours:
Tuesdays -
Fridays:
9 AM to 05:30
PM and Saturdays:
9 AM - 1 PM (1-2x/month)
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Administration:
Greet patients, manage phone and email inquiries, efficiently schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and process billing and insurance verification.
Clinical Pretesting:
Perform specialized patient diagnostic tests, including autorefractors, visual fields, corneal topography, retinal imaging, blood pressure, and intraocular pressure.
Optical Support & Sales:
Assist with frame selection, glasses dispensing, lens neutralization, and contact lens orders (including training patients on insertion/removal).
Myopia Management:
Coordinate patient care by ordering specialty lenses, managing treatment schedules, tracking clinical data, and educating families on program benefits, costs, and options.
