ALTA Aesthetic Clinics is a boutique, plastic surgeon-led aesthetic practice in Beverly Hills specializing in natural facial rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetics. We're looking for a warm, organized, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is a communication-focused role, you will not be working directly with patients in person. Your day is spent handling calls, texts, and Instagram/DM inquiries from our office. Schedule:
Every Wednesday 10am - 6pm Opportunity to increase days/hours and expand into additional in-person patient coordination as the practice grows
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and patient inquiries professionally Accurately communicate treatment pricing, scheduling, and clinic policies to prospective patients Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our practice management software Guide prospective patients through treatments, pricing, and the booking process Maintain accurate patient communication and documentation Provide administrative support to the clinical team Assist with office tidying, treatment room setup Help maintain a welcoming, luxury patient experience from first interaction through follow-up You'll be trained directly on our full menu of services, treatments, and pricing so you can speak to patients with real confidence and knowledge We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, calm, and confident communicating with patients, including anxious or first-time patients Extremely organized and detail-oriented Reliable and able to commit to the same day, every week Professional, mature, and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software Interested in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare (preferred)
Bonus Qualifications:
