• Open and close the store, handling keys, alarms, and cash-handling procedures with care
• Act as manager-on-duty — running the sales floor, motivating the team, and driving sales whether the Store Manager is on-site or not
• Set the pace for the team, modeling great selling and service every shift
• Set your sights on your sales goals — and blow past them
• Connect with every customer: read what they need, share what you know, and make them feel taken care of
• Build a clientele that's yours — the regulars who text you when something new drops
• Keep your follow-up game strong so your book keeps growing
• Bring the collection to life through visual merchandising — styling displays, refreshing mannequins,and keeping the floor set to brand standards

• Own Loss Prevention on your shifts — smart, consistent, and by the book

• 4+ years making sales and building clientele at an elevated contemporary brand, with some key holder or leadership experience
• Proven clienteling experience, preferably with an established client book — experience with Endear is a huge plus
• Confidence handling opening/closing duties, cash management, and store keys
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A team-first heart and a customer-first instinct
• Deep love and knowledge of the product
• An eye for visual merchandising and keeping a space looking its best
• Flexibility for a retail rhythm — evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The strength to lift up to 50 lbs of gorgeous merchandise
• Comfort with POS and the basics of Microsoft Office The Good Stuff
• $23-$26/hour, plus commission that rewards your hustle
