- Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Creating an exceptional experience for every guest and every dog
- Driving daycare, boarding, membership, suite, retail, and add-on revenue
- Managing labor, scheduling, payroll, and operating expenses
- Building a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement
- Maintaining the highest standards of dog safety and facility cleanliness
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Monitoring business performance and taking action based on key metrics
- Executing company initiatives and operational standards
- Developing future leaders within your team What Great Leadership Looks Like The BEST General Managers don't manage from an office.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a service-based business
- Experience managing teams, labor, and business performance
- Proven success coaching employees and building strong cultures
- Strong financial and operational decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A high level of ownership and accountability
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Comfort working around dogs of all sizes and personalities Pet-industry experience is appreciated but not required.
