As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Patient Scheduling:
manage appointments, reschedules, and cancellations while optimizing the clinic's schedule
Phone & Communication Management:
Answer calls, return messages, and provide excellent customer service
Patient Chart Management:
Build and update patient charts accurately in the clinic's system
Paperwork & Filing:
Scan, file, and organize patient documents and clinic records
Payment Collection:
Process co-pays, outstanding balances, and other payments
Doctor's Office Coordination:
Request and send necessary documentation to referring providers
Collaboration:
Work closely with the administrative team and physical therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations
General Office Duties:
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Sheets, Gmail). Familiarity with phone systems and administrative procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
