Cresting and Customization Coordinator Purpose & Overall Relevance for the
Organization:
This position is based in Carlsbad, California, and serves as a dedicated support role for the adidas Golf Canada business. While the team is physically located in Carlsbad, the primary focus of the role is partnering closely with Canadian Sales, Customer Service, and customers to manage customized apparel orders and ensure a seamless experience across the Canadian market. Theis role manages all embellished orders / logo applications (embroidery, heat transfer, and other embellishments) for Canadian territories. This role partners with our Canada Sales Team and Sales Support to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of customized orders, ensuring orders are completed on time and in full. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary cresting liaison for assigned Field Sales Representatives, Sales Support Representatives (SSRs), Regional Managers, customers, and vendors, providing timely support and issue resolution. Develop and maintain relationships with Golf Sales Reps and their key accounts and customers. Help facilitate order entry and order maintenance within SAP and other systems. Ensure 100% on time in full delivery of all time sensitive orders. Manage and review the order book to identify new artwork and cresting requirements, ensuring all embellishment needs are addressed promptly and accurately. Coordinate, track, and expedite all new artwork requests through the New Artwork Queue and other ad hoc channels to support order fulfillment deadlines. Communicate directly with sales reps / SSRs to obtain missing artwork, clarify logo requirements, confirm specifications, and resolve order and artwork-related issues. Partner closely with sales teams to ensure artwork is created, approved, and correctly applied to orders, supporting the objective of delivering every order on time and in full. Review and validate artwork specifications, including logo sizing, placement, color matching, and embellishment requirements, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and brand standards. Identify service, artwork, production, and sales-related challenges; proactively investigate issues and implement effective solutions in coordination with internal departments, sales teams, customers, and vendors. Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload while balancing competing deadlines to ensure timely processing of artwork requests and order fulfillment. Support territory sales objectives by delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong business relationships, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of adidas Golf product lines, including apparel and accessories, to provide accurate recommendations regarding decoration methods, logo application, and product compatibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Production, and Vendor partners to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance operational efficiency. Perform additional duties, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational goals. Experience within SAP is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are paramount. Ability to communicate in French is a plus. Education and Experience Bachelor's in a business related field preferred; Minimum of 2 years Customer Service or Sales-related work experience required. Relevant work experience in the following areas desired: Embroidery industry Apparel industry Golf industry Graphic Design Industry Work Environment / Physical Requirements Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials. The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $55,150 - $67,500. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role. ​ At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday.
