About Our Practice Merchant Endodontics is a patient-centered, quality-oriented private endodontic practice in Carlsbad, CA. We are looking for a Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Previous dental experience is preferred but not required. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong appreciation for customer service, and is excited to play a meaningful role in both the patient experience and the growth of our practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, hardworking, organized, personable, and confident communicating with both patients and dental professionals. Marketing experience is highly desirable, but is not required. We are happy to train the right person who has the personality, work ethic, and desire to learn. Patient Care Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a warm, comfortable experience from the moment they contact our office Answer phones and assist patients with questions, scheduling, and appointment coordination Communicate with patients regarding their appointments, treatment, and next steps Help ease the concerns of anxious or nervous patients through compassionate communication Coordinate with referring dentists and their teams to ensure a smooth patient experience Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail Assist with front-office administrative responsibilities and daily office operations Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment Marketing & Referral Development Responsibilities In addition to patient care, this position will help support and grow our practice through marketing and relationship-building efforts.

Responsibilities may include:
