What You'll Do You'll help lead our tasting room by supporting both our Hospitality & Sales Director and our hospitality sales team while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities include:
Helping achieve and monitor daily sales goals, wine club conversions and guest experience standards Delivering warm, personalized hospitality from arrival through departure Building lasting relationships with guests and wine club members Leading by example through outstanding customer service and wine sales Growing wine club memberships through authentic conversations Supporting the training, encouragement, and daily success of fellow sales associates Monitoring inventory levels, retail displays, menus, tasting supplies, and guest presentation Helping maintain a polished, welcoming tasting room environment Assisting with private events, wine club events, and special guest experiences Partnering closely with the Hospitality & Sales Director to communicate opportunities, guest feedback, and operational improvements Supporting opening and closing procedures Assisting with merchandising, inventory organization, and special hospitality projects Helping ensure Dawn's Dream consistently exceeds guest expectations Help maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture that reflects the values of Dawn's Dream Winery. Administrative Leadership Day One weekday each week will be dedicated to supporting our Hospitality & Sales Director with projects such as: Guest follow-up Wine club support Inventory organization Event preparation Retail merchandising Sales reporting Shipping support Special hospitality and sales projects This designated office day helps ensure the tasting room continues operating at a high level while supporting the continued growth of the winery. Schedule This position is generally scheduled: Three tasting room shifts each week One office/administrative day each week Weekend availability is required. We're Looking for Someone Who...
