We are looking for a front desk patient experience coordinator who understands that the first voice a patient hears sets the tone for everything that follows.THE ROLE
You are the first and last impression of CLARITY. You greet patients, manage the schedule, verify insurance benefits, handle order status inquiries, and guide prospective patients through cost and service questions — all with warmth, confidence, and zero friction. You don't just answer phones. You represent a brand. This role status depends on experience level. Candidates with less than 4 years of luxury client/patient experience start part-time (25 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as you grow in experience at our office. Candidates with 4+ years of experience can be considered for full-time employment status.WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 2 years of front desk or patient-facing experience in a luxury medical, hotel, boutique, or wellness setting. You know how to talk about money without making it awkward. You can read a room. You take pride in the details others miss.TO APPLY

Own the patient check-in and check-out experience from first contact to follow-up Run insurance eligibility verification (VSP, EyeMed) and communicate benefits to patients in plain, confident language Field scheduling inquiries by phone, text, and email — always on-brand, always timely Look up order status for frames (Zeiss) and contact lenses (ABB Optical) and communicate updates proactively Complete new patient intake, send questionnaires, and segment patients for the clinical and optical teams Support the optician and Dr. Richardson with smooth patient handoffs throughout the visit Maintain the physical environment — the desk, the waiting area, the details — to the standard of the brand Manage patient communication and marketing list segmentation Qualifications Experience in boutique or high-service optical or luxury retail/hospitality environments (3+ years preferred) Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach Comfort working in a new practice environment and adapting as systems develop To learn more about the practice visit www.ClarityOnMelrose.com
