As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Mid-Tier/Program Manager , you will support client progress, supervise direct staff, and collaborate closely with BCBAs and other professionals. Leadership Experience:

What You'll Do Program Support:
Assist BCBAs in developing and updating behavior plans, reassessments, graphing, and report writing.
Supervise & Mentor:
Train and support behavior technicians, conduct RBT competency assessments, and provide supervision hours as applicable.
Family Collaboration:
Deliver parent training using didactic and competency-based methods.
Data & Compliance:
Collect IOA and treatment fidelity data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure utilization of authorized hours.
Scheduling & Administration:
Manage a minimum of 30 billable hours per week, complete daily session notes, and plan schedules at least two weeks in advance.
Teamwork:
Participate in weekly BCBA meetings and collaborate across disciplines for client success.
What We're Looking For Education & Certification:
Actively pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of ABA experience and prior supervisory experience.
Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, Masters or Masters in progress, TB test, background check, CPR/First Aid certification, immunizations, and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
