$105,000
  • $115,000 + $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly
Sign-On Bonus:

Intensive Behavior Support Services:
Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living. Enjoy the flexibility to create and implement schedules and routines that are most beneficial for each client's needs. Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth. Help families by modeling the implementation of effective behavior change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requested Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals that are eligible for Regional Center services.
Qualifications:
Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst) Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate critical thinking skills Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred Experience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferred Experience in quality management preferred Proficiency in the English Take the Next Step in Your Career Ready to lead with impact?
