Seeking a Clinical Manager to provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff. Responsibilities A well-established nonprofit hospice organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead an interdisciplinary clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate RN leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality hospice and palliative care while mentoring staff and supporting clinical excellence. Lead and support an interdisciplinary hospice care team Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and workload distribution Ensure compliance with Medicare, regulatory, and accreditation standards Support hospice eligibility reviews, symptom management, and care planning Conduct staff ride-alongs and competency evaluations Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Collaborate with physicians and the clinical leadership team to ensure exceptional patient care Participate in a rotating administrative on-call schedule Qualifications Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 3 years of nursing experience At least 1 year of hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experience Minimum 1 year of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of hospice and palliative care, pain and symptom management Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Previous hospice leadership or clinical management experience Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and California hospice regulations Experience with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Spanish language skills are a plus Benefits Competitive salary: $130,000 - $135,000 annually Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) with employer matching Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leave Professional development and continuing education opportunities Company-issued laptop and cell phone
