Patient Access Coordinator Location Los Angeles, CA Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. This position is designed for individuals eager to grow into a career as a Dental Assistant . At Lumina HealthCare, we offer growth-focused, paid training and cover the costs of x-ray certification to help you seamlessly transition into a Dental Assistant role.
Key Responsibilities Patient Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule dental appointments for patients at various skilled nursing facilities.
Patient Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about dental services.
Administrative Support:
Assist with the preparation of patient records and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the dental team to facilitate efficient patient flow and exceptional care delivery.
Training and Development:
Engage in our comprehensive dental assisting training program and work towards earning x-ray certification, all while receiving a salary. Qualifications Must have valid
CA Drivers License Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
No prior experience is necessary; however, a background in healthcare or customer service is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
Availability:
Must be willing to travel throughout Los Angeles, CA, to various facilities.
