As an Expanded Learning Program Coordinator, you'll lead a dynamic elementary school program serving up to 250 students through TK/K and after-school programming. You'll build and support a team, create engaging experiences for students, and play a key role in shaping the culture and success of your school site. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the expanded learning program Supervise and support a team of up to 15 staff members Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment for students Manage attendance, enrollment, and program systems (e.g., Synergy) Oversee enrichment activities and daily program flow Coordinate staffing schedules, ratios, and site logistics Communicate with school staff, families, and district partners Support students directly when needed to ensure smooth program operations Who This Role Is For We are looking for someone ready for a steady leadership role in education who wants to grow within a structured organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience working with youth in a school, childcare, or structured program setting At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience Experience working with TK-6 students Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Confidence leading a team and managing daily operations A calm, solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment Verifiable experience in education, youth development, or school programs Requirements Must be 18 years or older 48+ college units OR Paraeducator Certificate OR willingness to complete certification exam LiveScan clearance required TB clearance required Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, on-site) Growth & Career Pathways We offer a structured and supportive environment designed to support both stability and long-term career growth in education and expanded learning.
