This position is ideal for an outgoing, organized, and adaptable individual who enjoys variety, welcomes new challenges, and values direct interaction with patients. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians and our clinical team while helping provide an exceptional experience for our oncology patients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and admix chemotherapy and other IV medications under established protocols and appropriate supervision; no compounding is performed Process oral prescriptions through our in-office specialty pharmacy Manage medication inventory, ordering, patient profiles, and pharmacy records Accurately perform pharmacy calculations and enter prescription information Follow medication-handling and safety protocols Assist with front desk, patient communication, and administrative support as part of this blended role Provide professional, compassionate service to patients and healthcare professionals Qualifications Current California Pharmacy Technician certification/licensure required Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and proficiency with pharmacy calculations Professional, compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong computer skills; pharmacy software experience preferred EHR and oncology experience helpful but not required We offer a consistent Monday-Friday schedule during normal business hours, a newly renovated and positive work environment, and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and additional benefits.
