Job Overview Radiant Medspa, rated #1 in Fremont, CA, a boutique luxury Aesthetic clinic is seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our thriving team. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient experiences through effective communication, hospitality, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about medical aesthetics, possess strong technological skills, and be sales-driven to help promote our services. As a key point of contact for clients, you will ensure smooth operations and foster positive relationships that reflect our commitment to excellence in medspa care. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and in-person communication, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Promote medspa services through social media content creation and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones Assist with sales efforts by educating clients on treatment options and recommending suitable services based on their needs Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments efficiently using advanced computer systems and technology tools Support the team with administrative tasks related to clinic operations, including managing social media platforms and marketing campaigns Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients and staff Skills Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics and medspa treatments; prior experience preferred Proven experience in patient communication, client service, or related roles within a medspa or healthcare setting Proficiency with technology, including computer software, scheduling systems, social media platforms, and content creation tools Sales-driven mindset with the ability to educate clients about services and promote offerings effectively Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—especially over the phone and in person Ability to follow SOPs meticulously while demonstrating efficiency in daily tasks Knowledge of marketing principles and social media management for business growth Join Radiant Medspa's vibrant team where your skills will contribute directly to providing outstanding aesthetic care while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.
Pay:
