A Clinical Supervisor or Manager supervises staff and manages services in a clinical program. May provide clinical supervision for nursing, counseling or home health care staff. Works to ensure quality patient care. Trains and develops clinical staff and manages clinical program budgets.
Administration, this position is responsible for management and strategic growth of the outpatient imaging center comprised of multiple modalities. The manager directs all center activities including coordination of schedules, colleague training, policies and procedures, patient flow, customer service, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management. The manager embraces innovation and leverages cutting edge technology to deliver outstanding patient experience and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
1 . Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare management, as normally obtained through Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or management. Degree requirement may be substituted with Graduate of an accredited program of
Radiology Technology and:
current CRT certification and two (2) years of relative experience, two (2) years of leadership experience in Outpatient Imaging, or two (2) years of managing a complex operation. 2. Three (3) years of supervisory experience in healthcare facility is required. 3. Computer literacy is required. Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively function in a fast-paced environment is required. 5. Positive interpersonal skills, professional image, exceptional oral and written communication skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service orientation are required. 6. ARRT certification is preferred.
PAY RANGE
