Location:
Sonoma County, CA Salary:
$110,000-$140,000 base.

M/D/V, PTO, EAP, dining/wine discounts, daily family meal, education, advancement opportunities. Luxury hospitality portfolio seeks a group-level Wine & Beverage Director to lead beverage strategy, teams, operations, and financial performance.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of progressive beverage leadership experience in luxury or multi-unit hospitality. Advanced expertise in wine, spirits, beer, sake, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Master Sommelier, Advanced Sommelier, WSET Diploma, or equivalent certification required. Strong financial, inventory, team-development, communication, and vendor-management skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute beverage strategies across restaurants, inns, retail concepts, and future ventures. Lead wine, spirits, beer, cocktail, and non-alcoholic programs while maintaining property-specific identities. Manage budgets, purchasing, pricing, inventory controls, profitability, compliance, and vendor partnerships. Recruit, mentor, and educate beverage teams while supporting guest experiences, events, and new openings.
