Position Overview:

We are seeking professional, service-driven Valet Attendants to join our team at a high-end residential community in Healdsburg. This is not a traditional hotel valet role

• you will be working in a refined, relationship-focused environment where residents live full-time and expect consistent, personalized service.

Valets serve as the first and last impression of the community. The role combines vehicle handling, guest interaction, and light concierge-style service, all delivered with a calm, polished presence. • warm, professional, never robotic Team members often assist beyond parking (directions, light assistance, property knowledge) Key Responsibilities Greet residents and guests promptly with a professional, welcoming presence Safely park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with company standards Assist with luggage, packages, and mobility needs when appropriate Maintain awareness of driveway flow and ensure a smooth arrival/departure experience Communicate clearly with team members and leadership regarding vehicle status and requests Uphold cleanliness and organization of valet areas and equipment Provide basic property knowledge and directions when needed Qualifications A passion for hospitality and creating genuine human connections.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance with a relaxed, confident demeanor. Must embody the values of
