Administrator & Clinical Director for STRTP California Kiddo Care Hemet, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract From $85,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Program management Operations management Child welfare services Residential treatment center experience Team development Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrator/Head of Clinical Service to facilitate a dual role of leading the mobilization, clinical and daily operations of our Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). The ideal candidate will bring a passion for providing exceptional care, strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of Title 22 regulations and have experience working in a group home or STRTP. As Administrator/Head of Clinical Service, you will ensure that residents receive high-quality services in a safe, compassionate, and trauma informed care program, in a comfortable and safe setting. Your role is vital in fostering a positive community atmosphere while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, adherence to individual resident programs, and managing operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the overall management of the facility, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to all state and federal regulations, related to providing trauma informed care with a focus on continual improvement. This part of the role requires a minimum of 20hrs per week. Oversee the clinical program which would need to be facilitated during the remaining 20 hours per week. Direct the development and implementation of Individualized Needs and Services Plans (NSPs) for all residents. Ensure the delivery of specialty mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy. Lead weekly clinical team meetings and case reviews to track resident progress and safety. Oversee the intake and discharge processes to ensure fit and transition stability. Direct the development and implementation of Individualized Needs and Services Plans (NSPs) for all residents. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing STRTPs. Maintain proper licensing and certifications for staff and facility. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each resident. Conduct regular training and professional development for staff. Establish a system for monitoring and evaluating program outcomes. Foster collaboration with community resources and stakeholders. Lead and supervise staff members, including Direct Care providers, clinical staff, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on resident well-being. Collaborate with the Executive Director, to assist with budgeting processes, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable operations while maintaining high standards of care. Coordinate with staff to oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols, HIPAA compliance at all times, and ensuring resident dignity and privacy. Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff schedules, incident reports, and regulatory compliance. Promote a resident-centered culture by engaging with residents' families and advocating for their needs within the community setting. Qualifications Must already have a
CA DOJ/FBI
Guardian background clearance, TB test, and pre-employment physical. Must already have the Initial 40h STRTP Administrator Certification . Must be a qualified LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or are be a licensed Psychiatric Nurse. Hold a valid California driver's license or ID. Hold a relevant degree or certification in social work, public health, or a related field. Have experience in child welfare or related services, typically 2-3 years. Maintain ongoing education to stay updated on policies and procedures. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and safety standards in healthcare settings.
