We're looking for someone who can walk into a room and make people feel comfortable while also taking charge of what needs to happen next. You should be confident enough to guide parents through treatment recommendations, finances, scheduling, and next steps — but warm enough that families feel genuinely cared for, never pressured. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role for someone who loves organization, communication, and helping families say yes to the care their children need. Parents should feel like they can ask you anything. You naturally make people feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Extremely organized. You enjoy keeping track of details, follow-ups, schedules, treatment plans, and financial information. You notice what needs to be done — and you do it. A strong communicator. You can take a complicated treatment plan or insurance explanation and make it easy for a parent to understand. Proactive. You don't wait around to be told what to do. You see the next step and take it. Comfortable talking about money. Discussing treatment fees, insurance benefits, balances, and financing doesn't make you uncomfortable. You understand that financial conversations are simply another part of helping families access care. Patient-focused. You genuinely care about children and families and want every interaction with Milk Tooth to feel exceptional. A team player. You understand that a great patient experience requires everyone working together.
