Treatment Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and providers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient treatment planning. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance fee. The Treatment Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing patient experience while supporting clinical operations and administrative functions within our practice. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment plans by reviewing dental records and ensuring accuracy in documentation review. Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications using Dental intel, Eaglesoft, Verify insurance coverage and benefits, Assist patients with intake processes, including collecting medical information and explaining treatment options clearly Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient health information and managing medical records securely. Support front desk operations by managing multi-line phone systems, patient service inquiries, and office management tasks such as filing and data entry. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions professionally while demonstrating proper phone etiquette and office support skills. Collaborate with clinical staff to develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs while ensuring all documentation aligns with dentalcare standards. Qualifications Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly desirable along with familiarity in dental terminology .
