```Duties```
  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of a team or department
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve department goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee performance and department activities
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the team or department ```Requirements```
  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of medical documentation and terminology
  • Familiarity with patient assessment and data collection processes
  • Understanding of behavioral health principles, including applied behavior analysis
  • Experience with diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or other behavioral health needs
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
