Structured, ethical BCBA supervision Advanced responsibilities beyond direct implementation Position Overview The Assistant Clinical Supervisor supports the oversight and delivery of school‑based ABA programs under the guidance of a BCBA. The role blends clinical programming, staff mentoring, and systems‑level collaboration within K‑12 environments. Responsibilities are intentionally scaffolded to prepare candidates for independent BCBA practice , with increasing autonomy based on demonstrated competence.
Key Responsibilities:
