Position Summary:
The Front Office Admin serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in the efficiency and professionalism of our clinic. We're looking for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who's eager to lead by example and support the clinic's continued growth. Position is Part Time / Monday-Friday 8 am -1 pm / 5 hrs x day /25 hrs x week
What You'll Do:
Patient Experience:
Welcome and check in patients, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional service with professionalism and empathy.
Scheduling Mastery:
Efficiently schedule appointments, follow-ups, and treatments using our EHR system (ECW experience preferred).
Payment Collection:
Collect copays and balances at time of service, ensuring accurate documentation and reconciliation.
Flow & Coordination:
Maintain daily patient logs, manage reschedules/cancellations, and communicate with clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain accurate patient records, support insurance verification processes, and uphold patient confidentiality.
Operational Support:
Help maintain a clean and organized front office, manage supplies, and support overall office operations.
Leadership Path:
Contribute to improving processes and workflows, with the potential to step into a Front Office Lead role as the clinic expands.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 years in a healthcare front office role (clinic or medical setting).
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in EMRs (eClinicalWorks preferred).
Strong Communicator:
Clear, compassionate, and efficient in both patient and team interactions.
Organized & Driven:
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
