• 30/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday VIP Interventions, a growing outpatient interventional radiology practice in Los Gatos, is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Medical Receptionist / Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing specialty clinic , work closely with physicians and clinical staff, and play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our patients. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer patient phone calls Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Communicate with referring physicians and their offices Assist with referrals and patient information Maintain accurate patient and scheduling records Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff Perform general front-office duties Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, reliable, and organized Comfortable managing phones and multiple scheduling requests Good computer skills Prior medical office, receptionist, or patient scheduling experience strongly preferred EMR/practice-management experience is a plus Schedule & Compensation Full-Time, Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours/week. No weekends. This is an in-person position in Los Gatos, CA. $24

• 30/hour , depending on experience.
