This is a patient-facing role that combines sales, relationship management, scheduling, and day-to-day practice operations. The PCC is often the first point of contact for new patients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and seamless experience from the initial inquiry through future visits. We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working toward goals, building relationships, staying busy, and being part of a growing business. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, texts, emails, and new patient inquiries Build relationships with prospective patients and help convert inquiries into booked appointments Maintain consistent and thoughtful follow-up with prospective patients Educate patients on available services, general pricing, financing options, promotions, and the consultation process Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, deposits, rescheduling, and cancellations Maintain and optimize provider schedules, including filling last-minute openings and cancellations Follow up with existing patients regarding future appointments and recommended follow-up Maintain accurate patient and lead information in the EMR and CRM Monitor lead pipelines and ensure follow-up is completed consistently Ensure required forms and administrative requirements are completed prior to appointments Assist patients with skincare and retail purchases Support daily front-office and practice operations Maintain an elevated, welcoming patient experience both in person and through phone and text communication Work collaboratively with providers, estheticians, and other team members Assist with projects and new systems as the practice continues to grow Qualifications Strong sales experience required Experience in a goal-driven or performance-based environment strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with prospective patients Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple conversations, tasks, and priorities at once Strong follow-through and time-management skills Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms Professional, polished, and warm demeanor Reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, luxury retail, fitness/wellness, hospitality, or another high-touch sales environment is a plus, but medical aesthetics experience is not required. A background in competitive athletics is also a plus. Compensation & Schedule $34-$38/hour, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time Monday through Friday, approximately 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Some Saturdays, approximately 10:00 AM-6:00 PM In-person position in Menlo Park, CA Additional Application Questions You will be asked to answer the following when applying: Tell us about your sales experience.
