This is a stable position for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys helping patients through their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Present and discuss treatment plans with patients Verify insurance benefits and coverage Submit and follow up on insurance claims Manage patient billing and payment arrangements Maintain accurate patient records Provide excellent customer service and communication Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
