Job Description

Our friendly, patient-centered pediatric dental office in Monterey is looking for a warm, reliable, detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join Dr. Dail and her team. Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (32 hours/week) Responsibilities Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule Answer phones and respond to patient questions Check patients in and out Collect copays and manage patient accounts Verify insurance benefits and process insurance information Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to parents Maintain recall and active treatment reports Coordinate with referring offices Assist with occasional marketing and office projects
