Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to lead our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health and behavioral care, with expertise in supervising clinical staff, managing patient assessments, and delivering comprehensive therapeutic services. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed therapists, social workers, and behavioral health staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee patient intake processes, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical guidelines. Lead clinical team meetings, coordinate case management efforts, and facilitate group therapy sessions to promote effective treatment outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, treatment notes, and compliance with HIPAA regulations and electronic health records (EHR) management systems. Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and crisis management strategies. Monitor clinical outcomes through data collection and research initiatives to improve program effectiveness and patient care quality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex cases involving co-occurring disorders, neurodevelopmental disabilities, or substance use disorders. Maintain compliance with ICD coding standards for diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation accuracy. Support the development of clinical protocols for working with children, families, individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, and diverse cultural backgrounds. Participate in ongoing training on mental health conditions such as PTSD, behavioral management techniques, and crisis intervention strategies. Requirements Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Proven supervisory experience within a behavioral health or mental health setting. Extensive knowledge of mental health counseling modalities including CBT, behavioral therapy, psychotherapeutic techniques, and crisis intervention. Experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental or neurodevelopmental disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical records management; proficiency in medical terminology is preferred. Strong case management skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding standards. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of protected health information (PHI).
