Description
PATIENT COORDINATOR FOR OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINIC
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Patient Coordinator for a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic associated with a sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery medical practice. Located in Pleasanton, the clinic is recognized for the latest in rehabilitation and exercise equipment and a high level of patient service. The physical therapy coordinator interacts with patients, and supports the physical therapist and clinic assistants. The coordinator ensures a smooth and efficient experience for each patient. Excellent phone, computer and people skills are required, along with a strong understanding of medical billing and electronic medical records. Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy is required. The position is for full-time work with health insurance benefits. The hours will be 40 hours per week. Opportunities to work some evening and Saturday morning hours will be available. Salary will be based on experience.
