Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Medical Assistant Project Coordinator to support occupational healthcare operations and project coordination in our Rancho Cordova office. This is a high-impact one-person coordinator role requiring excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is a Medical Assistant who enjoys coordinating projects, improving workflows, and supporting clinical operations. Responsibilities Coordinate healthcare projects, timelines, and deliverables. Track assignments, follow-ups, and operational priorities. Serve as a communication point between clinical staff, leadership, and partners. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project tracking tools. Support workflow improvement initiatives. Assist with Medical Assistant duties and clinical operations as needed. Identify issues proactively and communicate solutions.
