Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Active (or eligibility for) California state SLP licensure Experience providing school-based speech therapy services preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy for students, primarily in-person, with periodic virtual sessions Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student achievement Address a variety of caseloads, adapting strategies to meet unique needs
