Patient Experience Coordinator - Medical Assistant Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Monday-Saturday 25 SKN is looking for an exceptional Medical Assistant who loves people just as much as they love aesthetics to join our growing team. This isn't your typical Medical Assistant position. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly move between creating an incredible front-desk experience and supporting our clinical team behind the scenes. One minute you might be welcoming a new patient, answering a lead, or helping someone select skincare. The next, you may be rooming a patient, prepping a treatment, assisting an RN, or getting the next treatment room ready. If you're organized, personable, proactive, polished, and passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and exceptional customer service, you might be our person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Patient Experience Welcome and check patients in and out Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries Schedule and manage appointments Respond to new patient leads Assist with consultations, rebooking, and patient follow-up Process payments Educate patients about services, memberships, promotions, and skincare Help create an exceptional experience from first contact through checkout Clinical Support You'll support our RNs and medical providers with duties that may include: Rooming patients Treatment preparation Preparing and turning over treatment rooms Before-and-after photography Applying authorized topical numbing preparations Assisting during aesthetic procedures Stocking clinical rooms and supplies Weight-management and wellness injections when appropriately authorized and within applicable MA scope Supporting treatment aftercare and patient follow-up Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment All clinical responsibilities are performed within applicable California Medical Assistant scope, training, competency, required supervision, and established practice protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

Medical Assistant education/training Current BLS certification Exceptional customer-service skills Strong verbal and written communication Excellent organization and attention to detail Professional and dependable Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and technology Comfortable discussing services, skincare, and retail products Comfortable participating in social media content Ability to multitask in a patient-focused environment Passion for medical aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or beauty Medical spa experience preferred but not required

SKINCARE + SALES

You'll play an important role in helping patients continue their results at home. Our Patient Experience Coordinator will learn the professional skincare carried by 25 SKN and help support provider recommendations, skincare purchases, memberships, treatment rebooking, and practice promotions.

SOCIAL + BRAND

We're building more than a practice—we're building the 25 SKN brand, and we want our team to be part of it. We're looking for someone who is comfortable showing their personality and excited to represent 25 SKN. This may include participating in social media content, behind-the-scenes videos, product features, treatment education, events, launches, and other practice marketing initiatives.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay:

$22.00-$28.00 per hour

Part-Time or Full-Time Schedule:

Flexible, Monday-Saturday Starting pay will be determined based on relevant Medical Assistant experience, medical aesthetics experience, front-office experience, sales ability, and demonstrated skills. Scheduled shifts may include daytime and evening hours based on patient demand and practice needs. Saturday availability is preferred.
