As the Manager, you will lead a collaborative inpatient hospital pharmacy that serves a designated critical access facility and meets the unique needs of a rural community. As the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the full medication use process for acute care, emergency, perioperative, and swing bed services. You will drive antimicrobial stewardship, medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring, and safe sterile compounding while maintaining exceptional service levels that are essential to a critical access hospital.

The Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will report to pharmacy services leadership and will partner closely with hospital executives and clinical leaders to align operations with strategic goals. As the Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Manager, you will mentor pharmacists and technicians, provide clear direction, coordinate staffing and scheduling, optimize formulary and inventory, ensure regulatory readiness, guide budgets, and advance quality initiatives. You will collaborate daily with friendly nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation specialists, case managers, and laboratory professionals who value teamwork and respect.
