Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of program staff with clarity and consistency Coaching and developing team members through regular, honest feedback Running daily program operations and keeping routines sharp Building genuine relationships with school partners, families, and community stakeholders Assessing program quality through observations and structured assessments Managing your site budget and program resources responsibly Tracking and analyzing attendance and program data Onboarding and training new staff so they start strong Putting youth development and expanded learning best practices into action Jumping into additional projects and program initiatives as needs arise What We're Looking For Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in youth development At least 1 year of experience in staff or program management 48 college units or a passing score on the Instructional Aide Exam Ability to travel to sites and meetings (reliable transportation) Ability to clear DOJ/FBI background checks CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention certification within 30 days (provided)
