Analyze client data and make timely, data-based modifications to treatment protocols. Develop and oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs consistent with current evidence-based ABA practices. Provide direct clinical supervision, modeling, feedback, and competency-based training to RBTs and other clinical team members. Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote generalization and meaningful outcomes across environments. Monitor treatment integrity, staff performance, client progress, and clinical documentation. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, session documentation, discharge/transition planning, and other required clinical records within established timelines. Collaborate with caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, and other members of the client's care team when clinically appropriate and authorized. Participate in clinical meetings, staff development, case consultation, and organizational quality-improvement initiatives. Maintain services consistent with BACB ethical requirements, payer requirements, applicable laws/regulations, and ABAC clinical standards. Required Qualifications This section should start with: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field consistent with BCBA certification requirements. Meet BACB requirements to supervise RBTs and other applicable supervisees. Demonstrated competency in assessment, treatment development, data analysis, caregiver training, staff supervision, and clinical decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to complete required clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines. Ability to successfully complete applicable background and health/safety requirements.
