Requirements Medical office experience required (dental preferred but not required) Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Professional presentation and demeanor Ability to multitask under pressure Comfortable with computers, insurance portals, and phone systems Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail Ability to perform essential duties outlined in the position summary Compensation & Benefits $20- 28 per hour (based on experience and performance) Full-time (minimum 32 hours/week) W-2 employment PTO 401k 401k matching Growth-based compensation increases for high performers.
