You are responsible for:
Accurate insurance verification before patients arrive Clear explanation of patient financial responsibility Confident collections at check-out Strong phone conversion (calls → scheduled appointments) Hygiene schedule optimization and backfilling cancellations Proper documentation of all patient communication Maintaining a calm, polished front office experience You must be comfortable with: Basic math and communication skills Speaking about money confidently Following directions exactly Moving quickly without losing accuracy What Winning Looks Like (First 90 Days) Insurance verification accuracy near 100% No surprises at check-out High phone conversion rate Hygiene schedule consistently full Team trusts your follow-through Patients feel welcomed, respected, and clear about their care Who Thrives Here Detail-obsessed Hard working Warm relationship builder Doesn't get feelings hurt easily Takes feedback and adjusts quickly Goes above and beyond without being asked Wants a long-term career, not a temporary job Can follow directions precisely If you need constant reassurance or struggle with direct feedback, this will feel uncomfortable. Requirements Medical office experience required (dental preferred but not required) Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Professional presentation and demeanor Ability to multitask under pressure Comfortable with computers, insurance portals, and phone systems Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail Ability to perform essential duties outlined in the position summary Compensation & Benefits $20
  • 28 per hour (based on experience and performance) Full-time (minimum 32 hours/week) W-2 employment PTO 401k 401k matching Growth-based compensation increases for high performers.
